Digital portfolio prep:

Crop, resize, and name digital images to specs needed/wanted
Resume organized, and saved as Word doc or PDF
Artist statement saved as Word doc or PDF
Image list organized, and saved as Word doc or PDF
Create an organized portfolio, and save on CD
Copy portfolio on multiple of CDs as requested

Pricing:

Hourly rate for portfolio preparation, $35.

Slide scanning:

full scan of slide with no cropping
300 dpi jpeg or tiff
or
72 dpi jpeg

Print scanning:

scan print images 8.5" x 11" or smaller, and save as jpegs

Many calls for entry, art consultants, and galleries, have different requirements for digital portfolio format. Please check the venue for their specs, including artist information needed, image size and resolution, number of images, and naming format.
